Er. Ritesh Goel

Ritesh Goel is the Founder of the renowned edtech startup Bhautiki Plus, widely recognised for excellence in competitive exam preparation across Central India, particularly in the Gwalior–Chambal region. Over the years, he has emerged as a thought leader in education, known for building systems that combine academic rigor with discipline, values, and innovation.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Bhopal, and a Postgraduate in Industrial Design, his academic background reflects a rare blend of engineering precision and creative problem-solving. Teaching Physics is not just his profession—it is his passion. He has been teaching Physics since 2013 and has mentored more than 10,000 students to date, guiding them through competitive examinations and shaping their academic journeys.

As an institution builder, he has successfully led and mentored a team of over 300 academic and managerial leaders, creating robust academic ecosystems driven by clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures—a hallmark of his leadership style and one of the reasons he is widely respected in the education fraternity.

Beyond academics, his journey reflects deep engagement with creativity and expression. During his college years, he was an inter-university debating participant and winner, directed multiple street plays and theatre productions, and established himself as a poet, reciting his original compositions on several national-level platforms. In 2012, he founded Central India’s largest Hindi literary and cultural festival, Tooryanaad at NIT Bhopal—a landmark initiative celebrating Indian language, literature, and youth expression.

Often described as a “Nation-First Thinker”, Ritesh Goel envisions education as a tool for nation-building. His philosophy goes beyond marks and rankings—focusing instead on creating thinking individuals, ethical leaders, and socially responsible citizens. This vision finds its full expression in Vedaksh Innovation School, where tradition meets innovation and education is designed for life, not just examinations.

Message from the Founder

My journey in education did not begin with a school building—it began in classrooms and coachings. Since 2013, I have been actively involved in the coaching ecosystem. Working closely with students every day helped me realise one essential truth: when high-quality, concept-driven education is delivered within the school itself, the need for external coaching naturally disappears. Years of experience have given me a deep understanding of what schools must truly offer—academic depth, clarity of concepts, mentorship, and motivation.

My own school and college years shaped me far beyond academics. I actively participated in debates, theatre, poetry, sports, and the organisation of major events. These co-curricular experiences built my confidence, communication skills, leadership abilities, and the courage to stand on a stage and be heard. Who I am today is a result of an education system that allowed holistic growth.

These personal experiences form the foundation of our school.

We strongly believe that educational institutions must operate with honesty, integrity, and complete transparency with parents. Education is a shared responsibility, and when schools and parents work together in trust, children thrive.

Rooted in Indian values and Sanskaar, our vision balances cultural grounding with modern education. At the same time, we recognise one of the greatest challenges in today’s education system—the shortage of dedicated, high-quality teachers. As a day-boarding school, we take responsibility for the complete development of a child—academics, daily routine, nutrition, discipline, and physical and mental health. Students are provided wholesome meals on campus, and mobile phone usage is strictly restricted. When children are surrounded by positive learning, creativity, discipline, and care, they naturally distance themselves from negative social influences.

Our classrooms are designed to be engaging, interactive, and joyful. Learning here is energetic and meaningful—students do not feel bored; they feel motivated to attend classes every day. Curiosity, discussion, and participation are encouraged.
